AON LTC Homes - A Long-Term Commitment to Long-Term Care
As a local organization AON is able to provide direct oversight of the operation, with quick response and local solutions.
AON promotes an ethics-based culture and resident-centered care. Its LTC Homes are accredited and reflect the values of the rural communities they serve. AON embraces innovation in both technology and its approach to resident care and services. It was an early adopter of adult Montessori concepts, has embraced a no-physical restraint and no-bedrail culture, and promoted restorative care concepts before they were required by legislation. These philosophies and values will be incorporated into the Havelock LTC Home. AON has been a leader in adopting such technologies as point of care documentation practices, an in-Home TV channel, and proprietary online training.
